RRMP invests in fundamental actions to promote knowledge and internal communication, as well as to strengthen team spirit, trust, cooperation and company culture. At the RRMP Summer Day, employees were able to participate in “brainstorming”, training sessions on the theory of error, several presentations, also enjoying a social lunch, and various outdoor activities.
