About RRMP
RRMP is a company focused on the world. It was created in 2012 by two portuguese entrepreneurs, who have extensive experience of over 20 years, working in the area of high-precision metalworking, in Switzerland.
The predominant areas of experience are Plane Grinding, Cylindrical Grinding, Coordinate Grinding and Centerless Grinding. Our experience and knowledge allow us to master all production processes ranging from Turning to Milling, through careful finishing, namely Wheeling and Honing and finally ending with Quality Control.

Provide services to the national and international market in the area of product design, ensuring trust, quality and fair prices. 01. Commercial
RRMP is a partner-focused company, whether customer or supplier. It is with them that we can evolve in a continuous and sustained way. Customer requirement is RRMP’s priority and our commitment is high quality competitive product/service. RRMP’s financial department has the function of maintaining the health of the assets that belong to RRMP.

03. Planning
Reactivity is a fundamental tool in production planning. This reactivity in the plan must always be well thought out and weighted since all production, logistics, purchasing and customer satisfaction depend on it. It is also with reactivity that, when problems arise, we try, in the best way, to streamline our resources to minimize problems that we cannot control in production.

04. Process
The Process Department must monitor technological developments and innovation in tools, in order to optimize, monetize and reduce production costs while always maintaining a high level of quality.

05. Production
“Quality in production, for me, is the key to success, as the path must be taken with the right steps. Producing without quality is worse than not producing at all. Quality is the final part of the piece and as they say, the last image is always the last.”

Quality represents a central department for RRMP. At RRMP, we evaluate the produced part with absolute precision, guaranteeing extremely specific requirements from a vast client portfolio: from the automotive sector to the medical industry and, for example, the food industry.

07. Logistics
Logistics has been playing an increasingly important role within companies, as it manages all internal and external supplies. Since a large part of this management moves material resources, logistics must have a sustainable vision that reduces environmental impact as much as possible, optimizing the consumption of material resources, as well as recycling and reusing these same resources, whenever possible.
